Founder
Khandiz Joni is a social entrepreneur and multidisciplinary artist, with a deep seeded passion for sustainability. In all senses of the word.
She continues to work as a freelance hair and makeup artist - with two decades experience. She has been specialising in clean, conscious beauty since 2012.
Khandiz has previously founded and managed two pioneering niche artist booking agencies; Mukup Creative (2009 - 2013) in South Africa and Novel Beings (2014-2018) in the UK. She continues to work on adhoc projects with her Novel Beings co-founder, Alice Wilby under the moniker; A Novel Approach. Her responsibilities included Artist Management, Client Management and Business Administration.
She has built on her previous experience to deliver Novel Creatives; a booking platform that puts the power back into creative freelancers hands, while supporting sustainable brands and upholding a circular economy.

A behavioural change maker/disrupter, with extensive experience in developing effective and strategic business leadership, working in a variety of sectors such as: media/entertainment, design, fashion, architecture/built environment, technology, education and professional services.
Running a Marketing Consultancy and a social enterprise (Wakeup Campaign) an Award Winning creative think tank social enterprise, that leverages placemaking initiatives; design, arts and culture to serve community interests while driving a broader agenda for social change.
